REFUND POLICY

Usually we work in close coordination with client and try to resolve every issue through revisions. However there might arise some situation when things cannot get settled so customers go for refund or cancellation of their order. Details of refund pertaining to various services offered by our company are mentioned below:

• Complete refund of 100% is applicable only if there is any sort of negligence on our part.
• While for customized order refund will be based on following proceedings.
• 60% refund if requirements have not been completed as required
• 50% refund in case order is assigned to in-house worker
• 20% refund in case order is assigned to outside resource
• No refund if none of the above condition complies
